2. MAXIMUM CAPACITY

The villa accommodates up to 14 people, adults and children combined.

3. RESERVATIONS

Accepted Answer

• The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit (see below) and the signed rental agreement.
 • The signatory must be at least 18 years old.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Answer

• Deposit: 50% of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking.
 • Balance: due date specified in your contract/confirmation email (to be defined, see question below).
 • Accepted payment methods: Bank card, PayPal, ANCV holiday vouchers, bank transfer, Apple Pay .

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Accepted Answer

• A mandatory bank imprint is completed online via Stripe (Hostaway platform). No deposit checks are accepted.

Amounts:
 • €1,500 for the entire villa
 • 700 € for the F4
 • 400 € for the Bungalow
 • €400 for the F2.

• The imprint is automatically released within 7 days of your departure if no damage or deficiencies are found.
 • Detailed conditions of use and retention are included in the rental agreement.

6. ANCV HOLIDAY VOUCHERS (France only)

Accepted Answer

• Contact us to declare the amount you wish to pay in holiday vouchers.
 • Send your signed checks by tracked mail or deliver them in person within the agreed timeframe.
 • No change is possible; if the amount exceeds the balance due, the difference will not be refunded.
 • Any additional payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Apple Pay.

7. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Accepted Answer

• More than 60 days before arrival: the deposit is fully refunded.
 • Between 15 and 60 days before arrival: the deposit remains acquired and is not refunded.
 • Between 0 and 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show: the total balance of the stay is due.
 • Reservation made less than 15 days before arrival and then cancelled: the total amount of the stay remains due and is not refundable.

8. SERVICES INCLUDED

• Welcome basket with local flavors offered upon arrival.
 • Final cleaning included for all stays.
 • For stays of 7 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning is also offered (to be planned before arrival).

9. ANIMALS

Accepted Answer

Pets are only allowed upon prior request and written agreement, and only when renting the entire villa. Fees: €40 per day per pet . Any undeclared presence may result in additional charges and cancellation of the stay.

10. PEACE, NEIGHBORHOOD AND PARTY

Accepted Answer

• Respect for the neighborhood from 10 p.m. to dawn: no loud music outside, moderate volume.
 • Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Any serious violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

11. TOBACCO

Accepted Answer

Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and the ashtrays provided.

12. CARE, DAMAGE AND MAINTENANCE

Accepted Answer

• Please use the villa with care and report any damage or malfunction without delay.
 • We reserve the right to access the property (with reasonable notice) for maintenance or emergency work.
 • The terms of liability and possible retention of deposit are included in the rental contract.

13. SECURITY

Accepted Answer

• Use of the swimming pool, terraces, and outdoor areas is at your own risk. Children must always be supervised.
 • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes cancellation, baggage and liability.

Question 14

14. DEPARTURE

Accepted Answer

• Departure before 11 a.m. Please leave the villa tidy: dishes rinsed, refrigerator emptied of perishable goods, trash sorted according to the instructions posted on site.
 • The terms and conditions for handing over the keys and the inventory of fixtures are specified in your arrival file and reminded before your departure.
