3.2. Anti-spam security – Google reCAPTCHA (consent not required)

Purpose: protect our forms against automated submissions (bots).
How it works: reCAPTCHA may analyse technical elements (browser configuration, cursor movements, existing Google cookies) to distinguish a human from a robot.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in securing the site and forms.

Note: activated only on the relevant pages/forms.

3.3. Audience measurement – Google Analytics (requires consent)

Purpose: anonymised statistics to improve the site (pages viewed, devices, durations).
Set only if you authorise it via the banner.
Examples: _ga, ga*, _gid.
Typical lifetimes: _ga up to 13 months, _gid 24 hours.

3.4. Booking and payments (set when you use these services)

Purposes: booking, contract signature, payment, transaction security.
Providers: Hostaway (booking/contract), Stripe (cards and pre-authorisation), PayPal (PayPal payments).
Examples: __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid (Stripe), ts_c, x-pp-s (PayPal).
Legal basis: performance of the contract and security.

Set only when the relevant modules are actually used.

Cookie names and lifetimes may change depending on providers; the list above is indicative.

4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also configure your browser to block/delete cookies.
Note: blocking essential cookies may impair certain functions (forms, booking, payment).

5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Stripe, PayPal and Hostaway may process data outside the EU. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights and contact
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent for consent-based cookies.
